When I first pulled up to Apart 10 on Tigran Mets Avenue, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from the name alone. But this four-star property in Yerevan quickly proved that sometimes the most understated places surprise you the most. The building has this clean, modern look that fits right into the neighborhood without trying too hard to stand out — which I actually appreciated after staying at some overly flashy places.

Location & Getting Around

You know what’s great about this spot? It’s right on one of Yerevan’s main avenues, so you’re connected to everything without being stuck in the tourist chaos. I could walk to Republic Square in about fifteen minutes, and there are plenty of cafes and shops within a few blocks if you need anything. The parking situation is honestly a relief — they have free spots on-site, which anyone who’s driven around Yerevan will tell you is not something to take for granted. Plus, couples seem to really love this area (I can see why — it’s got that perfect mix of urban energy and residential calm).

The Apartment Experience

Here’s where Apart 10 really shines — each apartment feels like you’re staying in someone’s well-designed home rather than a generic hotel room. The space I had was surprisingly roomy, with a proper kitchen that actually had everything I needed to make breakfast and simple meals. I mean, the appliances weren’t fancy, but they worked perfectly fine, and there’s something nice about being able to brew your own coffee in the morning. The whole setup just feels more relaxed and homey than your typical hotel experience.

Comfort & Amenities

The beds are genuinely comfortable — not too soft, not too firm — and the Wi-Fi actually works well throughout the space (I was working remotely during part of my stay). The air conditioning kept things cool during those warm Yerevan summer days, and honestly, the whole place just felt well-maintained without being overly precious about it. There’s also a nice little seating area where you can actually spread out and relax, which beats cramming everything onto a hotel bed.

After spending several nights here, I get why this place scores so well with visitors — it’s that sweet spot between independence and service. You have your own space to decompress and do your own thing, but the staff is helpful when you need them.
